My father found a safe and doesn’t know much about it. An old church gave it to him for some work he did there. Any input would be greatly appreciated. He’s possibly looking to sell it but really does not know where to start.

yes it is and yes he does. He is trying to sell it but is still debating on getting it painted and touched up a bit. Otherwise everything in it (shelving) is in excellent shape. He is also trying to get in touch with the caretaker of the church to find any history on it.
