Long out-of-print. There were actually two volumes, Volume 1 from 1933 and Volume 2 from 1951 compiled by the legendary locksmiths’ locksmith Bernard Zion of Majestic Lock Co. in NYC. Arnold Sintnicolaas, President of Lock Clinic in Toronto, Ontario and publisher of The Canadian Locksmith has made PDFs these available to the trade on CD, you could contact him and see if he will sell you a copy:

Note that some may consider the silhouettes of the various trunk
keys illustrated to be confidential trade information, much like lock codes; and you may need to affirm a bonafide professional need for these documents. Also be aware that most all of the pre-cut keys illustrated are long obsolete as are the key blanks on which they are made.
