Best universal logo lock logo help?

Hello,

I figured I had better post this here instead of the padlock forum since it isn’t specifically about a padlock.

I recently purchases a Best Universal padlock with a logo on it and was wondering if anybody could help me identify who/where it came from.

I have tried googling WAC etc but there are apparently quite a few things that match that acronym and I am pretty sure it isn’t Womens Army Corps. or the Windsor Aquatic Club

According to my records that ID is correct. It was orderable on that old 2B Oval body as PS-126, probably made while they were still located in Seattle.

There it is! Very nice find Eric the Logo is the most awsome Logo I have ever seen on a padlock 🙂
And you guys here again have a impressive knowledge on old American Locks!
