Value is based on condition, key that fits the lock, and maybe if it has original package. A picture would help a great deal.

I am afriad that it is new and made in Taiwan -a copy of a style that is called an old english padlock. In reality the original is still made in Britain by a major manufaturer, so yours is a Taiwan copy of a new lock.

Thanks for thr reply. I have had the lock for over 25 years. Is that considered “New”?

Compared to some of the locks on here in the 100-300 year range, yes. At 25 years it is approaching the Antique range to some and to others it needs 75 more to get there. It is in the collectible range as that starts as it is made. This is a subject that is subjective. The important part is that lock a good fit for YOUR collection?
