I am attempting to identify the maker of a cabinet lock. The piece is French and presumed to be crafted in the late 1800s. The lock in question has a circular mark with what appears to be Paris stamped at the top of the circle, an Anchor in the center, and possibly the letter F to the left of the anchor “shaft” and possibly the letter B to the right of the anchor “shaft.” I have searched the internet extensively and unsuccessfully. Any help or clues would be greatly
appreciated.
