Would like an ID for these two locks I have

The first I’s quite old, the key is pushed inside the cylinder and releases the pin in the other end which opens the lock

Could you help me identify this lock in terms of period, area of origin, etc’? I’d like to learn more about it.

The second one is much more modern, it’s very small, not much bigger than a suitcase lock.
It is signed Dalar. the seller told me it’s Indian.

Although more modern, I’d still like to know origin, date and such.

I found a picture of a lock very similar to your barb-spring padlock. I found it in
Schloß & Schlűssel (Stadmuseum Berlin, 1995), p. 107. It is listed as 16th - 17th century. I think it could be as late as 18th century.
Your other lock is probably Indian. India produced many locks that resemble British padlocks. British padlocks of this type always have the name of the manufacturer or their trademark. I think the cordage on the key also suggests India.
