I am sorry but I was only trying to point you to those lock makers that are still making locks. The one you have pictured may not be made anymore (at least I haven’t seen it in at least 20 years of being a locksmith and looking in catalogs) and there is a chance that nobody copied it. There have been MANY locks made in the last 200 years that are not made today. Your only other hope is someone sees this and happens to have that lock or eBay.
Modifying a lock mount to a type of those that are made is what I do for a living. If you can find a lock that is the same size and the strike is the same size or a little bigger then the changeover will not be noticed once the lock is locked, if done properly even when open. The size of the lock body is the most important part. The job calls for a finish carpenter/locksmith.
