You might find a lock on eBay. But I agree that any locksmith shop should have flat spring stock to repair the springs and coiled springs can be had at screw supply stores.
That isn’t a lock so much as a passage latch. You might have a better chance at a new lock and trim. I prefer Marks locks for this type of thing being they make several lock bodies that would fit into that body size. There isn’t much to save in that lock body as has been pointed out it was gutted of the locking pieces.
