They appear to be what is commonly referred to as ‘stock locks’. They were called that because of their mounting of the metal parts into a wooden stock. Typically they sell for between $35 and $75 in the US and with the working key slightly higher. The metal parts were imported into the US from around 1700 until the early 1800’s.
