Yes I agree with Halflock, unless you have some very good solid provenance then the value would be just a few pounds.
The spring barb padlock has been made for hundreds of years so many people accept them into collections particularly if they have been made in the traditional way and style. The fish, by the way would traditionally be chosen because the eyes are always open – i.e. always on guard.
Your lock looks as if it is either new or has been cleaned – can I see the copper in the brass. Most collectors like to have a lock with a patina.
