I could be wrong, but that lock looks new to me. The brass keyhole cover has the machining marks on it which an old lock wouldn’t ( an old lock would be smooth). The fact that it has 2 matching keys is another flag as most old locks are lucky to have 1 operating key. Also the keys look like they are rough cast and not smoothed out. You see a lot of locks of this type on ebay with the same bit cuts on the keys and usually they won’t bring a bid. An origional lock you would expect if it has any age at all would have nicks,dents,scratches on it as well as either a makers name or mark as well as a number somewhere on the bail. Don’t let this information sour you on the fun of collecting padlocks, not everyone is into collecting high end expensive locks. Mark
