Actual value is really hard to pinpoint on any lock. That lock, being of a rather simple combination and design would sell normaly $25 -$35.But to a padlock collector who is into combo locks,and dosn’t have that particuler lock it might be worth more. As with any collectable the price is what ever a person can get for it or what another person is willing to give for it. If your trying to sell it,you might try listing it on Ebay with a reserve.You might be surprised at what someone is willing to spend. As for trying to get more background info, Try Googling.
