Do you have any other pics of the lock ( front, back, side, key hole ) ? It’s hard to see from your pic, but it looks like it’s rusted through (pin holes). The lock was made probably in the early 20’s to the late 30’s and the swastika was really a sign of peace (I think). these locks were made way before Hitler adopted the swastika as a sign of the third richt.
