The lock museum is (to the best of my knowledge) gone, defunct.
The blank, like the other parts would need making from scratch.
I’ve got a number of locks, that with hindsight I should have junked years ago, they simply aren’t worth the expenditure in time that it will take to make them work, and even then most collectors wouldn’t touch them as they would not be in ‘collectible’ (ie original) condition.
