That is a CCL Co. padlock made about 1910-1950 by that logo and keyway. It is a pin tumbler lock. Key blanks are not a problem… heck I may have some in my personal stock.

Were is the code model of the key ?

5 or 6 pin ?

There will not be a key code on these that I have ever found. It should be either a 4 or 5 pin. Ilco CO10 blank should go in. So someone just needs to impression a key. I don’t have a catalog for this company as it falls outside my area of collecting. As I am a locksmith I know a bit about these locks as they are sold still today. I have not found this blank in my personal stock.
