unusual hollow key with adjustable teeth

Has anyone any information on a key that I have that is hollow with adjustable teeth. The markings on it says 76 Cheapside London on the other side it has Hobbs and Co Patent also the word changable stamped on it is 4 inches long. Two large end fixed teeth and 6 adjustable held in by a screw at the end.

I have now uploaded pictures of the Hobbs changeable key, has anyone got any idea of the value of this key?

Nice key. I saw one sell on ebay recently but cannot find the listing for it. Perhaps someone else will have seen and can recall what it sold for. Historically they sold for 50 - 100 pounds. Happen to know where the lock is ?????
