Hello! I grew up in a locksmith family. My dad practiced locksmithing for 60+ years well into his 80’s until his health declined and he finally closed his shop. He was a charter member of the Dixie Locksmith Association in Atlanta. I grew up and worked full time for him until I had the opportunity to move on to the small engine and automotive aftermarket. Been doing that for over 30 years. I have an older brother who is retired that still dabbles in bank lock work. I still do some safe opening and repairing for other locksmiths in the area and have enough equipment to operate a small scale shop.
