Hello to the lock community. I am new to collecting Padlocks and so the first thing I did was find a forum. I am a believer that forums are the best thing about the internet. I wound up changing my career because them.
I started looking at padlocks last month for my business. I was just looking for a set of 6 locks keyed alike so that I could pare down my keychain. I stumbled on a really nifty looking Yale lock on ebay, bought it, and was hooked. Now, I must admit to being a bit of an e-bay spender and rusty metal junky. I collect old chisels, saws, planes, tape measures, knives (of course), and flashlights. Anyway, I’ve bought maybe ten locks now, and I am really enjoying this hobby.
I’m knowledgeless, so mostly I’m here to read and learn.
