Nice padlocks! They were made by the German firm of Damm & Ladwig of Velbert. If you look very closely at the padlock image between the two foxes, you can see the initials D and L. There is some variation in the logo. I have one that shows only one fox with a padlock. As for age, my best guess is early 20th century.
