Hello,
Since 2005 I have been into collecting and picking modern high security locks, but have always enjoyed the history of any and all pin tumbler locks and their development, especially turn of the century and the 1920ās and 1930ās. I could spend hours pouring over patent drawings, and even more time on ebay trying to find cool locks to buy.
Much of my collection focuses on modern Sargent & Greenleaf military padlocks, but I have examples of many other lock manufacturers and models.
Iām starting to learn about safe work and find antique safe locks very interesting. I visited the Harry C. Miller museum while at Lockmasters for a week last summer and got a tour of the S&G factory as well!
When Iām not busy being an IT guy, I help run lp101 forum which I will not link to as I respect your forum rules.
Looking forward to meeting everyone here and learning about antique locks.
