Hello all, just joining. I live in Alabama and have recently retired after 40 years working for the Government as an engineer. Before that, I was a tool and die maker, and I still have all my tools and micrometers. I am in the process of turning a 40+ year gunsmithing hobby into a retirement occupation. I’m interested in “bespoke” double-guns and their oak-and-leather cases, and the top-quality flip locks and box locks on them, precision mechanisms of all types, the outdoors, hunting with original and replicas black powder firearms, and, of course locks!
