nathanbonstein s756 y6 key .350 chain cylinder is soldered in place at odd angle ? not sure if cylinder is suppose to be straight up and down or at right angle ,it looks to be at apprximently 45 degrees ? found info on smaller chain locks but not this patent pending SUPREME ? any help on appx years and lock construction would be appreciated,maybe Timothy ,Pete S or billy B Edwards might have info,thank you guys ? cut key to code,but the cylinder soldered in might have created problems
Billy B Edwards Jr. CML Can’t say I’ve ever seen this model before, but from looking at the zoom-in of pic3 it appears that there was a lot of debris in the keyway before you cleaned it out. Do the pins move freely now or are they a little sluggish? Could be some dirt or corrosion in the pin chambers, running the key in and out repeatedly with tri-flo or lock saver might free them up and get the key working. My best guess without having it in hand, good luck. nathanbonstein thank you,sir pins are moving up and down,cylinder moves a little ,pins dont seem to stay in when picking,with light or hard pressure only feel 4 pins i will keep tri floing and picking the soldering and angle of keyway was not seeming correct thank you,Mr Edwards appreciate your help
nathanbonstein still cannot pick ?2 pins are not springing up.used graphite ,any one have idea on how to pick wth sticky pins and very weak pin springs ? thank you
Billy B Edwards Jr. CML You might try a bump key as a last resort. The pull type would work better than a push type as there would be more travel of the key and the force might help loosen any obstinate debris still in there. Just in case you might not be familiar with the pull type, the key should have one more cut on the tip slope of the key and pull it out one cut before impacting. BBE.

I know that sometimes a failure is caused by images being excessively large, but the error message is rather small and easy to miss. If the problem is that images are too large, shrinking them should be easy but it depends on which operating system you have, and what tools you are familiar with. [unknown]
