It’s a ‘barb spring’ or ‘push key’ padlock. Widely made from the middle east, though india and into China.
It could have been made yesterday. It might be old - but given the crude quality and price paid I’d guess made yesterday.
The issue is they are still being made today with the same tools and techniques as they were 100 years ago so quality and finish is the only real guide.
