E.T. Fraim Padlock, and date?

Hi everyone

I`m a metal detectorist and a few days ago dug a padlock on the Mid North Coast of New South Wales, Australia.

The padlock was found 10″ underground in a park whilst hunting for coins.

Through metal detecting forums, it appears the padlock has been made by E.T. Fraim Lock Company, Lancaster, PA.

I`m wondering if this is correct and if anyone can give me an idea of its year/era of manufacture.

I`ll include some pictures of the lockset in this post to help.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated.

I’m not a collector and others can likely give an approximate date for your padlock. I can affirm the the E.T. Friam Lock Co. of Lancaster, PA was in business from 1879-1955.
