Paul Prescott Screw-key padlock. This one is good in that : It’s old It was not made in India IMHO Appears to be good quality.
wylk I’d have to say it’s between “uncommon” and “mildly rare.” If I collected these I might be willing to pay $30 to $40. Being a low-security lock it would have been appropriate for things like a foot locker.
