Can anyone help satisfy my curiosity by giving me any information about this padlock, as I haven’t found any quite like it on the Internet. It was given to me by a Tibetan monk exiled in India, around 1992. Its about 5 cm wide. I’m curious as to whether it is Tibetan or maybe Chinese or even Indian? Is it unusual?
