Ok. I can see the cams on the back of the cylinder a bit better. it looks like they have a small protrusion of of them and I don’t see a picture of them on without the locking dogs (the part that holds the shackle in). So do these touch if one of the key turns? If so then this is a Dual custody padlock that requires both keys to open.
In the third shot I can make out the tools in the background better than the lock. So if you can take pictures at that distance with that camera you might be able to get clear pictures or much better.
