While I am no expert on US safes I’ll make the following observations :
When selling a safe where is the potential customer base ? Small safes are easier to sell as there are more potentional customers who can use a small unit.
The age of the safe ? Older safes have limited appeal as they were generally built before the invention of power tools and as such offer limited protection to attacks with such tools. As a consequence insurance companies are less likely to cover the contents of such safes.
Cost of transportation ? Any safe, and especially larger units is going to be expensive to relocate as, make no mistake such relocations should always be done by experts (ie it’s never cheap). People have been killed moving safes. They are dangerous if handled incorrectly.
Add the above factors together with the current state of the market and I fear the answer to your question is : not much. Probably nothing in fact, unless you can find a buyer with a specific need for a safe of that type and size and weight who is prepared to pay for it. I see many safes listed on ebay with high prices and unless it is a special, or high security unit with locks of collectors value they never seem to sell ………
