Paul Prescott I have my doubts about it being a repro, it does’nt have the look or feel so it could well be right. As to what it is , I’ve no idea never seen one before.
KitBear It looks like it works on a Darby type handcuff key. It could have been used on Police bikes, early telephone boxes or railway, I can’t really imagine what other uses it could be used for.
