oldbiscuit I picked up this padlock less key at a flea market on the 4th of July. It’s a copper plated steel lever lock. The padlock was locked when I got it. When I got it home, I dug through my spare junk keys and found one that fits and works perfectly. The lock has a raised monagram on it with the letters NHSCo. I’m not sure what order the letters should be in, thus I’m not sure of what company they represent. Hopefully someone can give me some insight. Thanks, Mark
peerless Hey Mark, If I had to guess, based upon the letters, it might be the Norvell Shapleigh Hardware Co. Great find though, especially the working key. Hope this helps, –Vince
oldbiscuit I bet your right, I was thinking maybe National Hardware Supply Co, but I’ve never seen a lock from them. Thanks, Mark
