Welcome to the forum and congrats on your start of lock collecting. I really enjoy the hobby. Your first post is a Yale warded padlock “Loxol”, Patented Feb.1908. They produced a ton of these lower security locks over many years. The Trefoil logo design puts yours in the first 20 year production range, 1908 to 1928. I see more of these without the patent date than with it, might be an indication of being closer to the first years of production. I do not notice anything about the key that says it can’t be original to the lock. Values seem to range $9-23 for working with key. (Please keep in mind the values are just one guys opinion, I am a collector and not a dealer) Also, there is a collectible companion to this lock called Cyclox, looks identical in shape, but has higher security with a four lever design. Keep an eye out for that one, they’re nice to pair up.
Excelsior was made by Corbin, a push key, pancake style lever lock. Probably 1920’s/30’s. Typical price without key is around $20.
JHW Climax Co. Cast brass heart shaped lever lock. Hard for me to date, the chain style and steel clevis leave me to think 1930’s or later? If there are no other markings on the lock, probably $15-20 without key.
The Adlake is a typical signal lock used by the railroads. The patent date for yours is May of 1936 and I think they were made into the 60’s. Collectors seem more interested in the keys for these than the lock itself. Locks with key go for around $20 while the key alone goes from $10-20. I think collectors hope the big brass key will work for an older cast rr lock and increase its value.
