Old Multiple-dial combo lock

I have been collecting locks for a while but I have neverseen one like this. It came from a friend of mine and he said he picked it upin Germany. It has a Large “S” on it and the number 159950, I am notsure if it is serial number or what. I have attached pictures of the lock. Ifanyone knows anything about this lock please let me know. I can’t find anythingon this thing.

Here are 2 pics of the original paper (front/back)

I have the original box with the price on it : Rm. 5.90
Rm stands for Reichsmark and was used in Germany until 1948.
