Dicey, nice lock in very good condition. I’ve never seen that marking on a lock but I have several padlocks that use the double turn feature to lock and unlock. It’s hard to date the lock as they made that style/design for many years. I would think maybe yours is from the 1930’s or 40’s maybe, but I could be all wrong. Anyone else want to chime in and give a date? Mark
