I came across an old brass padlock at a nautical flea market and I was wondering if anyone could tell me more about it or how much it might be worth. It’s a 4-lever mickey-mouse-ear style lock, it came with two keys and it works like it was made yesterday. There’s a little sliding hatch over the keyhole and a little hole in the back that says, “DRAIN” underneath it. On the front, it says, “7 ADMIRALTY JARED OLD ENGLISH,” “FOUR BRASS LEVER,” and “GENUINE SOLID BRASS.” On the back it says, “JAS. BOND & SON LTD. 007 BOND SQUARE” and under that it says, “LOCKSMITHS BY APPOINTMENT.” There’s also a gold sticker with a rooster on it on the bottom right on the back of the lock that says, “PENCO NEW BEDFORD MASS MADE IN TAIWAN.” It measures about ⅝″ thick, 2-¾″ wide and 3-¼″ tall when open (3-¾ when closed).I’ve included pictures of the front and back and also of the keys.
