I was able to oil up the lock and did find out how to open its dust cover. You depress one of the tiny holes at about the 7pm position on the front face to reveal the key hole. I don’t have the ability to make a key. I was told by another collector that a Mr. Bill Nix could do this. Does anyone have advice on getting in touch with this person? Thanks.

Also, this collector mentioned the size of this lock is uncommon, and that they are typically larger?
