Gougler combo needed.........

Hi All, If anyone can help me, I have a Gougler combo lock that I don’t know how to open. it has two sets of numbers on it. the number on the body of the lock is 3562 and the number stamped on the shackle is 6129. any help would be greatly appreciated. Jim. 🙁nod):

I have a gougler keyless lock number 9130 and could use some help with the combination.I will post pics as fast as I can get them taken.

I grew up in Kent, Ohio and used these locks all my life. Our family home still has Gougler door locks. I had piles of these padlocks as a kid. They were at some time sold off in an auction and I have bought a couple from ebay since.

Here in Kent today just found one out in the barn.

4247 is on the hasp and 50 is on the case.

Any help with the combo would be a great help for this 50 year old kid.

Thanks for your help. The old factory where these were made changed hands in probably the early 80s and was finally demolished in 2012 and the final smoke stack that said GOUGLER on it came down this year. A school teacher once gave me a pail of these and a man that lived just up the road got me the combinations from his job at Gougler. I’M hoping this one has the friendly three digit comb. I have one I use at home on an inside door in my barn. They really are sturdy and unique. Family home in Kent still has the door locks and still see occasional use. I think we could use a newer one on one of the doors though. Thanks for the help. I look forward to your reply and to exploring more of the site here soon.
