Great cutaway! I’ve not seen a cutaway of a pin tumbler padlock that shows this much of the mechanism.
If it isn’t obvious from the cutaway, these are changable-core locks (cylinder secured by a screw under the toe of the shackle).
I’ve got a few of these locks floating around, they seem to find me. I really wish I had the tooling and machining skills to turn them into something like this!
