The lock that takes the push key is very likely a Street Letter Box lock. Those locks are the property of the US Postal Service. It is doubtful that you will find someone willing to risk Federal prison to make you a key. A better approach would be to look on Ebay and find a Giant push key padlock of the same style that isn’t a postal key.
As for the rim or mortise cylinder lock, that too is likely a US Postal keyway E1L also prohibited by the US Criminal Code. Replacing the cylinder is a better and easier option for it too.
