Got a S&G Padlock with UPRR Stamped on it. Need some info

I found a Sargent and Greenleaf padlock with “UPRR” and “02” stamped on it.
The key has 102 stamped on one side and UPRR on the other.
If any one has any information that would be great.

This is definately a modern “still in use” today railroad lock. 102 is a common number, they have 104, 109, etc. I have a couple of them myself, and a key.
