Here’s an unusual vault door in Enumclaw, Washington (USA). This is in a 1941 bank building that is now the Cole Street Game Vault. The vault door is unusual, at least for the US, in my experience.

The door and frame have dovetail joints, I assume to resist prying attacks. I think I’ve seen this on a few safes here on antique-locks but only on European safes?
The pressure bar anchors and ends are not the usual pin and slot, the bar end looks like rollers, and the anchor is more of a pocket.
The lock appears to be a rare Yale Double Dial but the medallions are arranged horizontally, and they seem to be identical. A blank plate above the lock suggests a time lock was there but is now missing.
The hinges seem complicated, maybe they are a compact equivalent to a crane hinge.
If anybody can help ID this door, I’d appreciate it. It has me baffled.
