Harrishawk I few weeks ago I was looking on a sale website. I don’t know the proper word…. but I came along a small picture of a safe, upside down. Dimensions were 50×50cm and 70cm. What I liked was only a handle and dial. No key. I see this a lot in Europe. (Only a key or dial in combination with key) safe was locked and no combination. Also no maker. I bought it for less than 80 euro. Last week I picked it up. I was very happy! A small Mosler safe. I am just in love…. sorry🙁inlove): Now I have to find out the type of lock and mechanism. So any info is welcome! -mosler small floor safe -serial nr: 131561. (And no, not the combination:8)🙂 so 1897-1898 -by presure to the handle, the dial still run free. Does not go heavyer. So, any info of the lock, safe etc is very welcome!
T Davison Looks to be a mosler thin wall fire safe. the lock was made by Yale . Now if the last number of the combo is 34, then the lock is a HE . If not send pictures I ID the model of the lock. Hope this helps Tim
