You have a couple of options, re the pivot pin removal.
From what I can make out, you might have razzed off the screw heads. On your door there appears to be 2x locating pins & 2 x threaded screws per hinge. Might be worth attempting to re grove the screw heads. If these can’t be done, then quite simply, drill them out. Once they’re out, grab hold of your copper headed hammer & proceed to hit the door next to the hinges with a reasonable force.
If you hit right, the locating pins should see movement. Upon seeing movment, spray some lube, soak, then whack again. You may see a bit of daylight, you can then force a decent driver into the gap, then whack again. Fingers crossed, you then have a door in bits. It will be easy to tap & thread the hinge block for re-build.
When re- assembling the door/hinge blocks, remember to champher the doorscrew holes with your rose bit. If you have Imperial taps & screws, then the job will finish up looking more professional. Ideally, you want to have your screw heads, slightly deeper in the door, so that they can be putty filled then rubbed down flush so when primed & painted, they are invisible.
