Well I’m no pro, but I can tell you it’s a Diebold Records Safe. Most likely a UL Class A or B (2 or 4 hr fire rating) / UL T-20 (burglary rating). It does not have the original lock, (well dial anyway), and unfortunately it has been drilled open.
Parts are scarce and very expensive for these transitional pressed steel safes (you won’t find any laying around). I might have a handle arbor for your inactive door.
Does anyone have a sales catalog for these models?
