I have discovered, and I am sure all veterans of this site already know, that the value of any old safe, is exactly the amount someone will offer you. Smaller and more practical safes tend to hold value more. They are easier (cheaper) to handle and restore. Is the artwork pleasing to the eye, and would you be proud to show it off in a prominent place at home or office? All pre mass-production safes can be considered unique, therefore no two will be exactly the same. The problem, as to value, is that there are many of them around.
