No I don’t think there are currently anymore- years ago it appeared only as a thumbnail, from which it looked more like a PC generated image. It’s only since the larger clarity pictures its possible to see it’s an actual door.
Given that it’s over twice as thick as their standard top of the range stuff, and the unusual style hinges are massive, I’d take a guess it’s a one-off special they made for somewhere. Also, the fact theyre proud to show the odd picture of it but keep everything else under wraps is also typical with such installations.
Looking at the proportions I’d say it’s an emergency door, but an usual wall installation could I suppose be a possibility- your guess as good as mine. Very modern, but it’s a bit different and has something about it, I kinda like it!
