We’ve spent time discussing the well-documented vault door at One King West in Toronto (see, mainly, http://www.antique-locks.com/showthread.php/1902-One-King-West-Toronto).
Diagonally opposite is 8 King East which is a former Royal Bank branch. Built in the 1920s (1928?) it almost certainly had some impressive vaults but so far I have been unable to locate imagery or even much in the way of history or descriptions of the building. The street level space sems to be a Sleep Country store. This is a Google Earth street view:
