Big Jeff, it is highly unlikely that a key for the inside box will work on either outside lock. Up until a couple years ago I was under the impression that safes like yours were a rarity. Well they are in this country but I have come to find out by extensive internet searches that the basic style has been extremely popular in several European countries throughout the 1800’s. So far I seen them from Portugal, Spain, France, Austria and Germany. There are often stylistic features that help to identify the country of origin. Ones from Portugal are usually a bit different than ones from Austria/ Germany. The use of the “trade mark” helps to date yours and I would guess it to be from the 1900’s not the 1800’s. I can make keys for the locks if you are interested. Doug
