Norm, that would be a Mosler chest from the late 1800’s and the lock is a Yale 025-½ I believe. I have pictures of a very similar chest but unfortunately it was repainted. However, the paint job would have been fairly simple compared to most fire safes from that era. Mostly thin trim lines following the general shapes of the crane hinge and body. Too bad the time lock that was mounted on the bolt work frame is missing. Doug
