Tom, I should have known you would show one. I guess this is where I would insert one those little smilie faces but I donāt know how. If that little one was originally sold in England I would say it has a keylock because of the fairly strong resistance to comb locks there at the time. I have seen models of other U.S. safes made for foreign markets that were not sold here. But I would also be a bit surprised if Meilink was importing to England back then but then who knows.
