Evilstorm I ve just bought a safe plate in the same shape as the E Hipkins shield. However it says “Imperial” instead of E Hipkins. Anyone know about this companies history to check if Imperial was part of what was known as E Hipkins & co. Thx in advance Steve
Tom Gordon I think it is most likely that an employee or director went off and set up up in opposition to Hipkins and had plates made which appeared fairly similar, in order to help their marketing efforts.
